I would like to say I went the whole day yesterday and not one negative comment proceeded from my lips. It wasn't five minutes into the work day when I found myself in the middle of some female gossip. I would like to say that I immediately tended to my own business. I was actually participating in the discussion and loving it!
If there is any redemption--I was chided by the Spirit. This prompted me to stop and apologize to the group for my comments.
Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. Mark 14:38
Like AA, the first step to recovery is admitting there is a problem.
Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

Allow God to take inventory of people within your heart's reach whom you could nourish today. By doing so, you will not leave timely words unspoken.
