I was drinking a glass of water today; thinking about the people in Haiti. Millions of people who would give anything for a drink of water. That led me to thinking about the temptation of Christ in Matthew 4. He was tempted by Satan three times: (1) food (2)power of His angels (3)kingdom of the world but not with water. Jesus had just come off of a 40 day fast--no food but He must have had something to drink. You can't live without water.
Mini-melt-down yesterday (no, I'm really not going into it) and the thought came to me in the middle of the night, "Remember Hannah". It's great to read and study the people from the Bible; but it would be great if I actually put into practice what they are teaching us.
Spent the day with my daughter and it was wonderful!

We all have made mistakes along our journey... but as long as we learn from it, it's not a "failure". It's a "learning experience."
How's that for spin... ha ha ha.
Seriously, I love God's grace. He doesn't condone our goofs, but He understands, and is so gracious to help us, and is delighted as we learn and grow. Like a proud Papa. I couldn't make it without Him!
